Requirements

All contractors working for Repsol must be aware of, and follow, the expectations and guidelines established by Repsol and ISNetworld. Meeting the requirements is not a guarantee for work. Necessary primary qualification information must be provided and additional information such as safety tickets, rate sheets and GST/HST number will be requested prior to awarding any contract opportunity.

 

Repsol’s prequalification requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Contact information

  • a. Name of company and contact person
  • b. Address, phone, fax, email address
  • c. Community name (if applicable)

2. Company business profile

  • a. List of services
  • b. List of company equipment
  • c. List of relevant experience
  • d. Ownership structure and total number of employees
  • e. Approximate dollar volume in sales over the past two years
  • f. Affiliated companies (if any)

3. Safety Information

  • a. Must meet or exceed Repsol safety standards
  • b. Pre-qualification through ISNetworld (must maintain an A, B, or C rating)
  • c. List of relevant experience

4. Certification of insurance(s), $5 million commercial general liability and $2 million auto 

5. Certificate of Incorporation 

6. Workers Compensation Board premium rates
