The Code and associated (annual) Ethics Awareness Training reflect our values and commitment to conduct business safely, in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible manner.
In December 2013 we joined the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR), an international initiative that aims to ensure the security of our operations while respecting human rights. The VPSHR program affirms Repsol’s global commitment to promoting good human rights practices and creating positive impacts in the communities we work in. Repsol is committed to compliance with legislation concerning human rights and respecting the human rights of all individuals.
