Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Repsol acquired Talisman on May 8, 2015. As we works towards full integration of the companies we continue to adhere to several legacy Talisman policies. Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct PDF (7,4MB) is a statement of the principles to which we are committed and upholds across its operations worldwide. The Code and associated (annual) Ethics Awareness Training reflect our values and commitment to conduct business safely, in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible manner.

Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights

In December 2013 we joined the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR), an international initiative that aims to ensure the security of our operations while respecting human rights. The VPSHR program affirms Repsol’s global commitment to promoting good human rights practices and creating positive impacts in the communities we work in. Repsol is committed to compliance with legislation concerning human rights and respecting the human rights of all individuals. For further details on how this applies Repsol’s Canadian operations read our full statement on Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. PDF| 380 KB|
