Operational Grievance Mechanism

At Repsol we value open and honest communication. Our priority is to immediately address complaints, concerns and grievances of the communities around our assets. Our Good Neighbour Program allows us to anticipate and address the potential impacts of our activities and provides a means for our neighbouring communities to raise their concerns, claims or grievances about the impacts of our activities. It is one more way Repsol strives to be a responsible and welcome neighbour.
